Where is my save?

On your device. Deleting the app deletes the save. Nidus Pets keeps your iPhone and Apple Watch in step automatically when both are nearby.

I bought something in Nidus Pets and it is missing.

Open the Shop and tap Restore purchases, signed in with the Apple Account you bought it with.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

My pet doesn't talk back in full sentences.

AI replies need a device that supports Apple Intelligence. On other devices your pet uses its own set of lines.
